* Alan Lightman seems to be a pretty knowledgable guy, he's a physicist, so I suppose it comes with the title.
** Chuck Close is an American artist who is known for his photo-based portrait paintings and prints. I took these photographs of his works whilst perusing his current exhibition being held at the MCA. The woodblock prints I've used to illustrate the "stuff" us humans are made of, are also part of his work on display there too.
